Exchanges/Pickup



Hey!

I hate returns as much as you do! And I always ALWAYS want you girls to be happy with your purchased. But please know, this isn't a hobby of mine. It is a business and I try to bring you the most styles and reasonable prices as I can!

Return Policy

• Exchanges only. To be eligible for a return: Please initiate a return and please drop items back to the return address on package within 14 days of receiving your package. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

• We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to the original method of payment.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and free of pet hair, deodorant, and perfumes.

• Shipping charges will not be refunded.

• Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached. If an item is Ineligible for a Return (or pass the return window) the item will be marked return to sender.

• All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns. This includes, jewelry, handbags, bralettes, hats, and scarves.

• Sale items are FINAL sale (anything not ending in $.00. There are no exceptions. On the fence about a sale item? Please feel welcome to email jenna_morrison@hotmail.con for any questions or for additional measurements!

• Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your credit code to be used on a future order.

• Store Credit does not expire.

• Customer is responsible for updating any changes to their address before placing an order. If an order is shipped or returned back to me, you will be charged for shipping to the correct address.

• BYB is not responsible for any damage done to packages when opening. PLEASE do not use sharp objects when opening! If you want your fragile item to be shipped boxed be sure to choose priority shipping at checkout.

• If you choose local pickup/someone local picks up order for you. The return policy still stands. You have 2 weeks from time the order is placed to make a return.

Pickups- you may pickup any order, please allow at least 24 hours. During retail season allow 48-72. You will receive an email once it is ready. I will announce in the facebook group if I'll be out of town and unable to pull orders www.facebook.com/groups/shopwithjennam
